Dani joined Frontier Partners in 2016 as a Partner and has been the Head of Transactions since 2018. She has 18 years of experience in financial advisory services, audit, accounting and treasury in Europe, MENA region and Iran, across a wide range of sectors

 

Over the course of her career, she has worked alongside various stakeholders, delivering hands-on financial and operational solutions. She has led a range of investigatory work including buy side and sell side due diligence, vendor assist, IPO, SPA advice, business/liquidity reviews and regulatory/risk investigations in Europe and MENA

 

Dani started her career in the UK and then joined Deloitte in 2007. In 2009, she was seconded to Deloitte Middle East in Dubai to help and set up the Transaction Service line in the region, winning and leading several corporate finance projects for multinationals as well as local GCC clients

 

Dani went on to undertake a number of high profile interim management roles including the Head of Treasury & Corporate Finance with Aujan Coca Cola Beverage group in UAE

Dani is an Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at Brunel University London, Business School. She is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holds an MBA from Derby University (UK)
